The sales volume of Coca Cola has continued to grow every year. During the last three years, the Coca Cola  system sold more than 29 billion unit cases worldwide. One unit case represents “Approximately 5.678 litres or 24 servings of 8 U.S. ounces, the size of the original Coca‑Cola bottle”.  Sales in US represented around 19% of the total worldwide sales of Coca Cola and 81% from outside US. In US sparkling soft drinks accounted for 63% of the total sales.  The countries where the consumption of Coca Cola was highest outside include Mexico, Brazil, China and Japan. These countries together accounted for 31% of the entire consumption worldwide.
